Pauline Adrienne (Giguere) McLuer

Arrowsic - Pauline Adrienne McLuer, 75, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2026.  She was born and raised in Lewiston, a daughter of Ernest and Noella (Caron) Giguere.

     Pauline spent 35 years at Midcoast Hospital in Brunswick as a nurse. While there, she worked in Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care and Emergency departments. She happily retired from nursing in 2020. She was married to the love of her life and tester of her patience, John McLuer for 53 years. Together they traveled throughout the United States, living in many states while raising their daughter. They settled back in Maine, but still traveled for family and fun. She enjoyed her family, friends, hot air balloons, Heartland, and their cats and dogs.  Nursing, traveling and her family were her passions.

     Survivors include her spouse, John, daughter, Melissa, stepson, Scott, grandchildren, Damean, Sydney, Cade and Jacob, nieces and nephews, Terri, Scott, Ricky, Kevin and Amy, and her dog Buddy.  

     A celebration of life will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Daigle Funeral Home, 819 High Street, Bath.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Midcoast Humane Society, 5 Industrial Parkway, Brunswick, 04011.
