Waterville – Penni J. Thompson, 72, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024.

     She was born in Bath on March 13, 1952, a daughter of Stanley and Helen (Condon) Ernest.  She attended West Bath Elementary School and graduated from Morse High School in 1970.  She was employed at Health Tex in Brunswick, and later at Forum Financial in Portland until 2008.  She moved to Colombus, OH and was employed at Citi Group. 

     Penni enjoyed horseback riding.

     She was predeceased by her son, Mike Thompson and her brother, Frank Rose.

     She is survived by her daughter, Brandi J. LaForteza, her sister, Sandra Ritcheson, and many nieces and nephews.

     A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are by Daigle Funeral Home, 819 High Street, Bath.
